Mindful Menopause

Menopause can be a confusing time and not just because of brain fog, but you could be experiencing up to 34 symptoms. Which of these are you experiencing? How do you manage your symptom / s? Do you need advice in choosing the right products, nutrition, bodywork and exercise to support you through this stage of life.

Menopause is a change from what we’ve known since our early teens. Commonly called a mid-life crisis, but I would call it a mid-life awakening if managed mindfully.
