What is meditation?
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
This usually starts off with some gentle exercise that relaxes the body and creates energy – these are suitable for complete beginners in work clothes or people familiar with the practice. We will then take you through various Mindfulness techniques, some of which are similar to meditation and others that can be used in everyday work life when we need to find stillness and peace and also re energise without reaching for coffee and sugar.

You will learn more about energy and how to control it’s ups and downs through breath and focusing the mind. Also, you will learn how to concentrate the mind and find serenity in stressful situations. Simple mindfulness strategies that are like meditation on the move.
