What is meditation?

Put simply meditation is the single most important tool for self improvement. It is a form of brain training and once mastered It is the simplest way to learn to stay calm, no matter what else is going on around you and no matter who else is around you.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

This usually starts off with some gentle exercise that relaxes the body and creates energy – these are suitable for complete beginners in work clothes or people familiar with the practice. We will then take you through various Mindfulness techniques, some of which are similar to meditation and others that can be used in everyday work life when we need to find stillness and peace and also re energise without reaching for coffee and sugar.

WHO IS IT GOOD FOR?

Everyone! Seasoned meditators and complete beginners that are just curious.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

You will learn more about energy and how to control it’s ups and downs through breath and focusing the mind. Also, you will learn how to concentrate the mind and find serenity in stressful situations. Simple mindfulness strategies that are like meditation on the move.
