WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHING?
Transformational Breathing is a combination therapy which includes 5 healing modalities Breath-work, acupressure, movement, sound and positive intentions.
1. Breath-work – conscious breathing technique
2. Acupressure – light acupressure is applied to release tension
3. Movement – moving the body helps open up the respiratory system
4. Sonics – specific music is played and vocal sound is used to help relax the breathing 5. Intention : Positive thinking helps clear the minds negativity.
WHAT IS PRANAYAMA?
Pranayama is yogic breathing. There are various techniques that are taught and can then be used at any time to re energise, calm the mind, control the breath during times of stress.
WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?
Physical: Relieving chronic tension in the body, aiding breathing difficulties and repetitive movement (RSI), more energy, boosting immune system.
Mental & Emotional: letting go of stress, anxiety, fatigue, negative thoughts, clearing the mind, gaining clarity, creative inspiration, calm in stressful situations, improving focus, positive mindset, learning how to respond to situations as opposed to reacting.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Lying down on the floor either flat or supported by cushions, as required and breathing for about 60 minutes.
