I’ve designed a 6 Week Wellpower Program for Men who know they need to “do something” to reach their best, but don’t know what to do or where to start. I use one-on-one coaching sessions to identify habits, thoughts and belief systems that keep you from being at your best. Then we work together to create a personalized health system – diet, exercise, stress reduction, and more – that truly works for you. In just 6 weeks I’ll help you turn things around and gain much greater health, energy, joy and wellness. Then you can continue to use all you’ve learnt and take charge of your own Wellpower.
