Seher Khan

My name is Seher Khan and I live in London.

A little bit about me!
I’ve been training in mind and bodywork, both in London and in India, since 1990.
I’ve studied Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the European School of Shiatsu for three years, graduating with a diploma in 1991.  I had the privilege of studying Tibetan healing and meditation with the Physicians of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in India. I have attained Levels 1 and 2 in Reiki and a Certificate in Traditional Thai Massage and Bio Dynamic Cranio- Sacral Therapy training with Howard Evans. My mother taught me how to give an Indian Head Massage when I was very young and I now share this knowledge by offering it as an authentic treatment. Most recently I have qualified in Auricular Acupuncture with John Tindall.
I have been practising yoga since I first stepped on a yoga mat in Goa in 1991. I completed my first 200 hour teaching qualification in Ashtanga Yoga and trained a further 200 hours with Duncan Wong. Subsequent to this I have completed teacher trainings in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair.

I have extensive experience of treating all manner of injuries, imbalances and conditions as a result of  many years as a therapist. I am the in house therapist at Hope House, an Action on Addiction Centre, a therapist at Neal’s Yard, teach Ashtanga Yoga and Yogicarts and the owner and founder of Wellpower
