Ingredients
‣ 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
‣ 1 Crushed Cardamon pod
‣ 2 Cloves
‣ 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
‣ 1 Cup Milk (Whatever your preference)
‣ Maple Syrup/Stevia or other natural Sweetener if required
Method
Pour the milk in to a heavy based saucepan,add the cardamon, cloves and cinnamon and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and add the Maca powder, froth and remove from heat. Sweeten if you prefer or take it as it comes.

Thanks for posting this recipe. It’s nice and simple! Maca is a great natural supplement to add to your food, but I’d never thought to use it for a warm drink. I will give this a go.
