We all know that there are many benefits to doing yoga. There are lots of classes around, but sometimes 1-1 attention will help you develop the strength and flexibility you desire. I have trained with Yogic Masters such as DuncanWong, who trained with Pattabhi Jois for 13 years, Chris Scot, Norman Blair and David Swenson and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. My experience will help you to progress on your yoga journey wether you are at the beginning or further down the yogi path. I have been practicing yoga since I first set foot on a yoga mat on a beach in Goa in 1991. Starting with Hatha yoga, then moved on to practicing Ashtanga, Yogicarts and Yin Yoga and Yoga nidra. Yoga is a personal journey and we have different needs and goals. Often bigger classes can lead to injuries, misalignment and in my own experience, ego related injuries. Everyone is an individual with different body types and lifestyle pressures so 1-1 classes tailor made to you are a treat.
